Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an Associate / Research Coordinator to assist in clinical data collection and management for research projects. The role includes recruitment, screening, data entry, and biological specimen collection. Candidates should have a degree in Life Science, be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess good communication skills, and be able to work independently under pressure. Qualifications

  • No prior research experience is required, though it is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English and a second language for patient recruitment.
  • Meticulous, team player, and independent with good time management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Principal Investigator and patients for clinical research.
  • Ensure adherence to GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Entry and validation of study data and maintenance of databases.
  • Collect and label biological specimens, ensuring informed consent.
  • Report near-misses and protocol deviations in a timely manner.
  • Assist in submission of closeout documents and pay participant reimbursements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
Comfortable interacting with patients and healthcare professionals

Degree/Diploma in Life Science or equivalent
