Job summary

A global logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee afternoon operations. Responsibilities include managing sorting, loading processes, inspecting damages, and ensuring timely dispatch. This is a permanent, fully on-site position with a working schedule of 11.30am to 10pm, Monday to Friday, and 1pm to 5pm on Saturdays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sorting and loading processes.
• Inspect and manage in-building damages.
• Handle internal customer pickups and deliveries.
• Manage night dispatch and delivery change requests.
• Ensure timely export shuttles.
