Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to provide end-to-end troubleshooting and user support across all Singapore offices. The role covers hardware exchanges, app and email support, and printer/network issues.

You will log all cases, escalate when necessary, and assist in renewals of licenses and service agreements while ensuring endpoint security per IT policies. Travel within Singapore may be required.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in CS/IT.
Troubleshooting Intranet/Internet, TCP/IP, DHCP.
Willingness to travel within Singapore for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT support across Singapore offices.
Exchange laptops/desktops, install applications, manage emails and printers.
Track and log all cases; escalate to second-level/vendor when needed.
Review and renew annual service agreements and licenses.
Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot and upgrade systems.
Ensure endpoints are secured per IT policies and antivirus coverage.
Train end-users as required.
Familiarise with HRIS system upgrades/maintenance.
