5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an IT support specialist in Singapore to set up hardware, install equipment, and manage both remote and on-site technical requests. You will configure software and drivers and oversee LAN/WAN deployments in client environments.

The role requires daily Windows Server support, routine upgrades, and proactive troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Travel between customer sites is expected and essential to service delivery.

• Experience setting up hardware and installing equipment.
• Ability to configure software and drivers.
• Provide 1st/2nd level remote or onsite IT support.
• Maintain and repair IT equipment and peripherals.
• Install and secure LAN/WAN networks.
• Provide daily Windows Server support and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot system failures and document fixes.

Responsabilidades

• Setting up hardware including installation
• Configure software and drivers
• Provide 1st/2nd level remote/onsite support for IT technical requests
• Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices
• Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks
• Provide daily technical support for Windows servers
• Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems stay updated
• Troubleshoot system failures and provide solutions to restore functionality
• Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference
• Willing to travel between customers sites
