Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore seeks an IT Help Desk specialist to provide PC, printer, and network support. You will diagnose issues, escalate urgent cases, and resolve most tickets on first contact, aiming to meet SLAs and support project work as needed.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in IT or computer science and 1–2 years of help desk experience, with strong problem solving and customer-friendly communications in a team environment.

Qualifications

Diploma in Computer Sciences, IT, or a related field preferred.
Preferably 1–2 years of IT Help Desk experience.
Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with patience.
Ability to work in a team and provide customer-friendly support.

Responsibilities

Handle PC support and troubleshooting for software and hardware.
Diagnose and resolve simple technical issues on printers, networks and servers.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Resolve issues through the ticketing system on the first touch whenever possible.
Ensure faults are progressed and cleared within agreed SLAs.
Participate in projects when required.
