5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an IT Administrator in Singapore to liaise with external IT vendors, manage user access, and support daily IT operations. You will handle asset tracking for PCs, notebooks, and printers, and assist with software implementation across the company.

Responsibilities include monitoring backups, maintaining IT documentation, and ensuring policy compliance. Fresh graduates are welcome; a diploma in IT is preferred, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Competenze

• Diploma in Computer Science Studies/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT/administrative experience.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.

Mansioni

• Liaise with IT Vendor on all IT matters, including creating/deleting emails and reporting issues.
• Coordinate and manage user access rights (e.g., folder access).
• Manage and monitor inventory of office supplies and project sites; track PCs, notebooks, printers.
• Administrative control of IT equipment such as servers and computers.
• Implement and setup company-wide and third-party software solutions.
• Read monthly reports from 3rd party IT vendors and highlight abnormalities to the IT Steering Committee.
• Ensure backup schedules are running.
• Maintain IT documentation and assets, and ensure policies are adhered to.
• Prepare and disseminate IT advisory/educational materials to staff.
• Coordinate quarterly updates to company website.
• Ad-hoc duties/projects as required.
