Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist end users with computer hardware and software issues in Singapore. The role includes in-person support sessions, quick diagnostics and hands-on setup of devices.

You will be responsible for installing and configuring computers, hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners, and for planning scheduled maintenance upgrades to keep the workstations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Speak to and collaborating with end users, stake holders.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining computers in the company.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
• Logging and processing support calls.
• Diagnosing the source of users IT problems.

Responsibilities
