5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Junior IT Executive in Singapore to handle day-to-day IT support, network upkeep and device onboarding. You will work with the team to resolve software and hardware issues, uphold data privacy, and assist with vendor escalations and IT projects.

The role requires a Diploma in IT with at least 2 years of experience, proficient MS Office use, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. A 5.5-day work week is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in IT is required.
• Minimum 2 years of related IT support experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and basic network concepts.
• Able to manage Windows and MacOS platforms and ensure data privacy.

Responsabilités

• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues on software/hardware.
• Support IT infrastructure and operations with focus on network security and privacy.
• Manage IT vendors for escalations and project work.
• Assist in onboarding new joiners by setting up devices and IT induction.
• Maintain IT systems, inventory and infrastructure documentation.
