The role requires a Diploma in IT and at least 1 year of IT support experience, with knowledge of basic programming and good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Provide helpdesk or desk-side support to employees.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems to diagnose and solve faults.
• Coordinate with external vendors to replace computer parts as needed.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles, including password issues.
• Assist in Backup Management.
• Other IT-related operations and administrative duties as assigned.
