Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. seeks an IT Support Specialist (Level 1-2) to support corporate and store users in Singapore. You will install, administer and configure desktops, laptops and mobile devices, and coordinate with local and HQ IT teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include vendor liaison, onboarding/offboarding, firmware updates, and maintaining SOPs. Diploma in IT and D365 + networking knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Information Technology.
• Knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, switches).

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support for corporate and store users.
• Coordinate with local and HQ IT teams in South Korea for smooth communication and reporting.
• Install, administer and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Liaise with external vendors for maintenance and services.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding of staff.
• Ensure firmware on devices stays up to date.
• Develop and maintain IT SOPs and documentation.
• Handle ad-hoc IT tasks as assigned.
