Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to install hardware and configure software, providing 1st/2nd line remote or onsite support. You will maintain routers and networking equipment, install LAN/WAN networks, and support Windows servers with upgrades.

Candidate should hold a Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and good communication skills. Occasional after-hours work and travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, Windows XP/7 and POS systems is advantageous.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up hardware including installation.
• Configure software and drivers.
• Provide 1st/2nd level remote/onsite IT support for technical requests.
• Maintain and repair networking equipment or peripheral devices.
• Install LAN/WAN and other networks.
• Provide daily technical support for Windows servers.
• Perform regular upgrades to keep systems updated.
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.
• Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference.
• Willing to travel between customers site.
