Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd seeks an IT Support Engineer to maintain biometric devices and IT systems across key locations. You will install, configure PCs and peripherals, provide on-site support (9:00–18:30, Mon–Fri), troubleshoot issues, and monitor daily health of hardware and software in a Windows environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, SLA adherence, incident response, and growth into leadership within a mission-critical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring PCs and peripherals in Windows environments.
• Ability to provide first-level on-site IT support and fault isolation.
• Understanding of ITSM concepts and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in system installation and configuration for PCs, workstations, OS, and apps.
• Provide on-site IT support during 9:00–18:30, Monday to Friday.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate issues with timely updates to PM.
• Perform daily health checks and inventory to prevent downtime.
• Utilise hands-on troubleshooting for biometrics devices and related software.
