Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to sustain biometric devices and high-tech infrastructure critical to national operations. You will install, configure, and maintain PCs, operating systems, and applications while delivering hands-on on-site support in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

You will work in rotating shifts, handle troubleshooting and escalations, perform daily health checks, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, with potential for career progression into

Qualifications

• Operational experience in IT environments.
• Team-oriented and collaborative working style.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• IT certifications in Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma preferred.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• System implementation, configuration of PCs, workstations, OS, and applications.
• Provide first-level on-site IT support on a rotational shift (7 am–3 pm; 3 pm–11 pm).
• Troubleshoot, escalate, and update the Project Manager on major issues.
• Perform daily health checks and monitoring to prevent downtime.
• Maintain biometrics devices and related software in a Windows environment.
