Job summary

Qualifications

• Operational experience in IT environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with team colleagues.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and participate in on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and configuration of PCs, workstations, and related peripherals.
• Provide first-level on-site IT support on a 24x7 rotational shift.
• Investigate and resolve issues, updating Project Manager on escalations.
• Perform daily health checks and inventory assessments to prevent downtime.
• Leverage hands-on experience to troubleshoot PCs, peripherals, and applications in Windows.
