Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to ensure seamless operation of high-tech biometric devices at key locations in Singapore. The role includes on-site support, system installation, and proactive monitoring in a 24/7 environment.

You will handle on-site deployments, troubleshooting, and escalation while working with a dynamic team to meet SLAs and KPIs. Shift allowances, transport allowances, standby pay, and holiday pay may accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in IT operational environments is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration skills to support colleagues in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Passion for IT Service Management and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure PCs, workstations, OS and applications for project teams.
• Provide first-level on-site IT support on a rotating shift schedule.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues with timely updates to the Project Manager.
• Perform daily health checks and inventory to prevent downtime.
• Maintain hands-on Windows-based PCs, peripherals and applications.
