Qualifications

• Prior experience providing IT support in a Windows (client) environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in the implementation, installation, and configuration of PCs/workstations, operating systems, applications, and related peripheral devices.
• Provide 1st level on-site IT support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, peripherals, and applications.
• Perform daily health checks and inventory checks on systems.
• Provide timely updates and findings to the Project Manager on escalated issues.
• Deliver hands-on support in a Windows client environment.
