Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Engineer to help operate and maintain biometrics devices at critical sites. You will install, configure, and support Windows-based PCs and applications while ensuring uptime in a 24/7 shift pattern.

You will perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and proactive maintenance, with emphasis on collaboration, ownership, and ITSM awareness. Shift and transport allowances accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Operational IT experience is an advantage.
• Team-oriented with collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Self-starter who works independently.
• Certifications in Nitec, Higher Nitec, or an IT-focused Diploma.
• It enthusiasts with willingness to work rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• System implementation and configuration of PCs, workstations, OS and apps.
• Provide critical on-site IT support on a 24x7 rotational shift.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues with timely PM updates.
• Proactively monitor systems and perform daily health checks.
• Maintain biometrics devices and related software in Windows environment.
