Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV-related BMS or M&E projects.
• Possess relevant safety certificates.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager / Engineer with execution of contract progress.
• Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for schedule delivery.
• Site co-ordination, monitoring, and reporting work progress.
• Assist in preparation, checking, submission of shop drawings.
• Assist the Project Manager with project administrative matters.
• Assist Energy Audits (training provided).

Skills

Hands-on experience for on-site equipment and system troubleshooting

Ability to work under limited supervision

Knowledge in Green Building Certification (Green Mark)

Education

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
