  • Monitor monthly inventory levels to ensure adequate availability of essential materials.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management & Item Coordination

  • Organize and store recovered items in designated storage areas systematically.
  • Coordinate timely item returns and transfers between officers and Control Room.
  • Log details of lost equipment using appropriate digital tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with Control Room staff to initiate and follow up on equipment search efforts.

Logistics & Inventory Support

  • Raise Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP or manual methods, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on purchasing, deliveries, and payment matters.
  • Monitor monthly inventory levels to ensure adequate availability of essential materials and supplies.
  • Track deliveries and ensure proper receipt, verification, and documentation of incoming items.
  • Supervise Equipment Assistants to support daily logistics and inventory operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall operational effectiveness.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
