Roles & Responsibilities
  • Process and post vendor invoices, inter-company invoices, staff claims, and corporate credit card statements accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and post petty cash disbursements and ensure timely float top-ups.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation of vendor Statements of Account and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process top-ups to company-issued Cash Cards.
  • Conduct periodic random checks on staff claims to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve open issues and un-reconciled items promptly.
  • Handle audit confirmations and respond to queries from both internal and external auditors.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks or duties assigned.
Skills & Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in Accounts Payable
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Committed, meticulous and a team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Office applications
  • Proficient in SAP will be an added advantage
