Office Operations Executive - Adrenalin Group
Singapore | Full Time | Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)

This is an entry-level operations support role that helps keep the office and internal processes running smoothly. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative coordination
  • Handle documentation, filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Manage office logistics such as supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
  • Support scheduling for interviews, onboarding sessions, and internal meetings
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes such as leave tracking, claims collation, and document preparation
  • Assist with payroll data collation and routine HR records
  • Support basic finance administration such as invoice tracking, expense documentation, and coordination with finance or external vendors
  • Support onboarding and internal events from a logistics standpoint
  • Use office tools and internal systems to track tasks and information accurately
  • Follow established processes and handle information with confidentiality
What we’re looking for
  • Comfortable with structured, routine administrative work
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace such as Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
  • Basic working knowledge of Canva for simple internal materials is a plus
  • Able to use or learn basic project management tools for task tracking
  • Clear and polite in written communication
  • Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work with different internal teams
  • Exposure to admin, office operations, HR, or finance support is a plus, but not required
