Job Description:

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of two office unit

  • Perform daily office cleaning duties to ensure clean and tidy working environment, including vacuuming/ sweeping carpeted floors, dusting, washing cups and utensils, wiping tables, clearing trash bins, cleaning office glass doors, windows (reachable areas) and partitions.
  • Clean designated areas including the Managing Director’s, Directors’ and Manager’s rooms, pantry, meeting rooms, office common areas.
  • Carry out periodically cleaning of pantry appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine etc.
  • Refill pantry supplies (e.g. biscuits, coffee, tea, kitchen towels) when required.
  • Prepare and serve light refreshments/ beverages for clients/ visitors when required.
  • Handle cleaning tools and chemicals safely in accordance with the company guidelines.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages or low supplies to the Supervisor.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
  • No formal education required.
  • Relevant cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage.
  • Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting and carrying cleaning equipment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic ability to communicate in English to understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Responsible, reliable and punctual.
  • Working Location: Outram Park/ Tanjong Pagar area.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm (incl. 1hr break)
