Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Administration professional to manage office supplies, equipment, and contractor relations. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in administration duties and be proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities

  • Oversee pantry supplies and consumables.
  • Manage office equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise contractors for facility support.
  • Act as main contact for office fault reporting.
  • Handle courier services for dispatch and delivery.
  • Maintain and update office contact lists.
  • Manage incoming mail sorting and distribution.
  • Coordinate petrol/charging card issuance and cancellation.
  • Review monthly mobile phone invoices.
  • Support stakeholders with office item requests.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Oversee pantry supplies, beverages, and consumables to ensure everything is well-stocked
  • Manage office equipment maintenance, renewals, and vendor coordination
  • Supervise contractors and service providers for facility support and upkeep
  • Act as the main contact for office fault reporting and resolve issues with contractors
  • Handle both international and local courier services for smooth dispatch and delivery
  • Maintain and update office contact lists for accurate communication
  • Manage incoming mail, including sorting and distribution from the office letterbox
  • Coordinate issuance and cancellation of petrol/charging cards for company vehicles, keeping records updated
  • Review and verify monthly mobile phone invoices and statements
  • Support stakeholders with common office item requests and raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
  • Take on additional ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • Have at least three years’ experience in Administration duties.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
