Job description

Benefits:

Job Scope:

• Handle, coordinate, and monitor export sea freight shipments
• Verify customer requirements and ensure export documentation is accurate
• Prepare and process export declarations such as HBL, MBL, manifest, permits, and TradeNet submissions
• Support general shipping functions including system data entries
• Communicate with customers, carriers, transport partners, overseas branches and vendors to ensure timely cargo pick-up and delivery
• Monitor freight charges, ensure billings are accurate, and collect charges on time
• Address customers’ enquiries, feedback, and shipment-related matters professionally
• Coordinate shipment bookings, verify vendor costs, prepare payment vouchers, and maintain filing of export documents
• Liaise with ocean carriers to track shipments and update customers on schedules and freight status
• Perform any other operational duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business or related field
• Experience in freight forwarding, export procedures, or permit declaration is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
