• Promote sea freight, import/export, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation solutions.
• Manage and expand existing client accounts within the freight forwarding industry.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers and vendors.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct market research on customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Follow up on sales leads, customer enquiries, and quotations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM systems.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry activities to expand business opportunities.
