Job summary

Kita Solutions Pte ltd in Singapore is seeking a Trade Executive (Freight Forwarding / NVOCC) to manage daily NVOCC operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will support business development to grow revenue, liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to achieve timely delivery, and maintain accurate documentation.

A diploma or degree in Logistics or Maritime Studies and strong communication skills are required in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily NVOCC operations, issue Bills of Lading, and manage shipment docs.
• Coordinate import/export shipments with freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Manage cargo space bookings with feeder and mainline operators.
• Monitor shipment status and regulatory compliance including permits.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Support compliance processes and operational controls to mitigate risks.
• Develop relationships with customers and assist in new business development.
• Achieve sales targets and KPI through operational and sales support.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, accounts, and operations.
• Support marketing initiatives to enhance visibility.
• Monitor daily workflow to meet service standards.
• Perform inventory tracking and related admin tasks.
