The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is hiring a Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding / NVOCC) to drive new business in freight forwarding and logistics. Based in Tanjong Pagar, you'll focus on sea freight, import/export, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation solutions.

You will identify opportunities, negotiate rates, manage existing accounts, and work with operations to ensure smooth shipments. A 3–5 year background in freight forwarding sales is preferred, with strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in freight forwarding sales
• Experience in sea freight sales
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms
• Familiar with customs regulations and shipping documentation

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services
• Promote sea freight, import/export, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation solutions
• Manage and expand existing client accounts within the freight forwarding industry
• Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers and vendors
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals
• Conduct market research on customer requirements and competitor activities
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
• Follow up on sales leads, customer enquiries, and quotations
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM systems
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry activities to expand business opportunities
