THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development professional in Singapore to grow market share and revenue.

The role focuses on developing new business, coordinating shipments, and converting prospects into clients with a strong emphasis on performance metrics. You will identify target customers, conduct sales calls, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with Finance and Indoor Sales teams to resolve payment issues while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of hunter sales / business development experience in freight forwarding industry.
• Proven track record and good networking with carriers, coleaders and trucking companies.

Responsibilities

• Improve company’s market position and achieve financial growth.
• Identify target customers, initiate own sales calls, pursue them and convert them into clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of business.
• Prepare sales planning and forecasting activities.
• Sourcing of rates from carriers, hauliers, offices and worldwide agents.
• Maintain effective teamwork with Indoor Sales and Business Development teams.
