Job summary

advanced micro devices (singapore) pte ltd is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead NPI ATE test solutions within the DCG NPI program. You will drive a high-performance team and collaborate with design, test engineering, quality, reliability, software, and platform groups to balance quality and cost while meeting milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience with DFT architecture for SOC products and ATE platforms.
• Strong test development and silicon characterization/debug experience.
• Background in high-performance test solutions and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution development and optimize coverage to meet milestones, cost and quality.
• Develop ATE test patterns, test flows, and characterization.
• Engage pre-silicon scoping with design and test teams; validate plans.
• Lead post-silicon bring-up and optimization for mass production.
• Characterize new silicon designs and process tech; analyze data.
• Improve test coverage, yield, and reduce test time; drive improvements.
• Evaluate production issues and lead corrective actions.
• Provide technical leadership or mentorship to junior engineers.
• Influence decisions impacting final product; coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with distributed product engineering teams.
