Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize ATE test solutions to meet milestones.
Lead test patterns, flows, and characterization.
Engage with design and production teams pre- and post-silicon bring-up.
Mentor junior engineers and influence technical decisions.
Drive yield, quality, cost and test time improvements.
