Job summary

advanced micro devices (singapore) pte ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Product Development Manager to lead NPI ATE test development for high-performance SOCs. You will drive test solutions, coordinate with design, product, and test teams, and guide pre- and post-silicon activities to ensure quality, yield and cost targets.

The role requires strong technical, analytical and leadership capabilities, plus experience with DFT architectures and ATE platforms.

Qualifications

Strong technical, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficient understanding of DFT architecture for SOC products.
Experience with pre- and post-Silicon test development and silicon characterization.
Experience with industry-standard ATE platforms and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Drive test solution and coverage development to meet milestones, cost and quality.
Develop ATE test patterns, flows, debugging and characterization.
Engage with Design and test teams pre-Silicon for scoping, planning and validation.
Lead post-Silicon bring-up of test patterns for mass production enablement.
Characterize and debug new silicon designs and process tech.
Optimize test coverage to improve quality, yield and time.
