Job summary

AMD is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to lead the ATE test solutions for NPI in DCG. You will drive pre/post-silicon test strategies, coordinate design and test engineering teams, and optimize test coverage, yield, and costs for high-performance processors and AI accelerators.

You will guide a high-performing team, balance quality with cost, and work with global engineering groups to deliver test solutions that scale for mass production.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or comparable discipline.
• Experience with DFT architecture for SOC products and pre/post-silicon test development.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills; able to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution development to meet milestones, cost, and quality.
• Develop ATE test patterns, flows, and characterization methods.
• Engage with Design and Test Engineering teams pre- and post-silicon bring-up.
• Analyze and optimize test coverage, yield, and time to enable mass production.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence technical decisions on projects.
