Job summary

AMD is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead NPI ATE test solutions for DCG data center products in Singapore. You will drive pre- and post-silicon test development, coordinate with design, test engineering, and reliability teams, and mentor engineers to balance quality and cost.

Applicants should have strong technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities, hands-on ATE experience (Advantest V93K/SMT8 preferred), and a BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Strong technical and analytical skills with leadership ability.
Hands-on experience with ATE test development and data analysis.
Experience with DFT architecture for SOC products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive test solution and coverage development to meet milestones, cost and quality.
ATE test patterns, flows, debugging, and characterization.
Pre-Silicon engagement with Design and test solution scoping, planning and validation.
Post Silicon bring up of test patterns for mass production enablement.
Characterization execution/analysis and debug of new silicon designs and process technologies.
Optimization of test coverage, yield, cost, and test time reduction.
Engineering evaluations to close production issues.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and influence technical decisions.
