Job summary

AMD in Singapore seeks a Senior Product Development Manager to lead high-end test engineering for DCG NPI. You will drive ATE test solution development, coordinate with design, test, and reliability teams, and guide a high-performance group to achieve test time, yield, cost, and quality milestones.

You will work with global engineering teams to optimize pre- and post-silicon test activities, influence strategic decisions, and ensure robust test solutions for next-generation processors and AI

Qualifications

• Understand DFT architecture for SOCs and testability.
• Develop ATE test patterns and flows; debug and characterize tests.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet NPI milestones and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution/coverage development to meet milestones and cost targets.
• Develop and optimize ATE test patterns, flows, and characterization.
• Engage pre-silicon with design and test teams for scoping and validation.
• Lead post-silicon bring-up of test patterns for mass production readiness.
• Characterize new silicon designs; analyze and debug test issues.
• Improve test coverage to raise yield and reduce test time.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
