Job summary

AMD Singapore is seeking a MTS Product Development Engineer to develop and drive ATE test solutions for NPI, balancing quality and cost across pre- and post-silicon stages. You will work with design teams, test engineering, and software groups to deliver robust test flows and data-driven improvements.

The role requires 8+ years in electrical/electronics or related fields, deep DFT and ATE experience, and strong scripting ability.

Qualifications

• Experience with Design-for-Test (DFT) concepts for SOCs and ATE-based test development.
• Proven ability to drive test solutions meeting NPI milestones (test time, yield, cost, quality).
• Strong coding/scripting skills for test automation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution development and coverage optimization to meet milestones, cost and quality targets.
• Develop test patterns, flows, and debugging methods; perform characterization.
• Collaborate with Design, Test Eng, Quality, and Software teams for pre- and post-Silicon validation.
