Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Development Engineer to lead ATE test solutions for DCG NPI, and to drive test patterns and flows from pre-Si to mass production. You will collaborate with design, test engineering, quality and software teams to balance cost, quality and performance.

The role requires strong DFT, ATE expertise, and hands-on silicon characterization with Advantest platforms, in a global engineering setting. Singapore-based position with AMD benefits.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of DFT architecture for SOC products.
Experience with ATE test platforms and silicon characterization.

Responsibilities

Drive test solution/coverage development to meet milestones, cost and quality.
Develop test patterns, flows, debugging and characterization.
Pre-Si engagement with design and test teams; validate plans.
Post-Si bring up of test patterns for mass production enablement.
Characterization, analysis and debug of new silicon designs and process tech.
Optimize test coverage for quality, yield, cost reduction and test time.
