Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is seeking an MTS Product Development Engineer to drive ATE test solutions for NPI in DCG, collaborating with design, test, quality and software teams worldwide to balance quality and cost.

You will lead pre- and post-silicon activities, develop test patterns, optimize coverage and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment advancing AI, data centers and high-performance computing.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of DFT architecture for SOC
• Strong test development and silicon characterization/debug experience
• Experience with ATE test platforms
• Data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution development and optimization to meet milestones, cost and quality
• Develop test patterns and flows; perform debug and characterization
• Engage pre-silicon with design and validation scoping
• Lead post-silicon bring-up and mass-production enablement
• Characterize new silicon designs and process technologies
• Improve test coverage and yield while reducing test time
• Conduct evaluations to close production issues
• Mentor junior engineers and influence project decisions
