Job summary

AMD Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to lead an NPI ATE test solutions team responsible for delivering high-performance test solutions for data center graphics products.

You will drive pre- and post-silicon activities, collaborate with design, test engineering, quality and software teams to meet milestones and KPI (test time, yield, cost, quality), and mentor junior engineers across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience with DFT architecture for SOC and test development.
• Strong background in silicon characterization and debug.
• Proficient in ATE test patterns, flows, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution development to meet NPI milestones and KPI.
• Coordinate with Design and Test Eng teams for pre- and post-Si activities.
• Lead and mentor engineers on test development and optimization.
• Influence technical decisions impacting final product.
