Job description

Applicants will be supporting multiple global NPD Projects through the NPD Stage Gate Process.

The client is a renowned leader in the field of water filtration solutions, offering a wide range of innovative products and technologies to Original Equipment Manufacturers. With a strong commitment to providing clean, safe, and great-tasting water, the client has established itself as a trusted name in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in NPD Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) meetings/activities.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineers to define measurement methodologies for critical dimensions and specifications (incorporate into Receiving Inspection documentation).
  • Supplier Quality – work with vendors to assure a solid understanding of requirements.
  • Lead product QA efforts and qualification (including components, materials, and vendors).
  • Lead PFMEA and support Design FMEA where applicable.
  • Prepare control plans, inspection documentation, and quality plans.
  • Facilitate PPAPs and customer approvals.
  • Support NPD activities as assigned.
  • Assure the successful transition of new products into production.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Conduct supplier audit for NPD components where applicable.
  • Train internal team and suppliers on quality standards, inspection criteria, and NPD quality requirements; ensure all stakeholders are aligned on quality expectations.
