A corporate services provider in Singapore is seeking a Nominee Director for private limited companies. This role includes providing required KYC documentation, assisting with CorpPass registrations, and supporting statutory filings. Candidates must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents and possess a Singpass account. The position offers a long-term cooperation opportunity, with flexible engagement models and support from an experienced team, fostering a trusted professional relationship.
Act as a Nominee Director for Singapore-incorporated private limited companies in accordance with the Companies Act
Provide required identity and KYC documentation, including NRIC (front & back), photograph holding NRIC, and supporting documents requested by the corporate secretarial firm
Review and sign company incorporation documents (digital or scanned submission accepted)
Assist in the registration and approval of CorpPass accounts, including approving administrator access for appointed corporate secretaries
Support statutory filings and corporate changes when required, such as:
Updates to directors or shareholders
Changes to registered address or financial year end
Annual Return filings and related compliance submissions
Log in to CorpPass using Singpass when necessary and cooperate with our team for guided, remote-assisted submissions
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and compliance obligations
Appointment term is typically 12 months, renewable annually subject to mutual agreement
Note: Nominee Directors are not required to manage daily operations, handle funds, or engage in commercial decision-making.
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
Eligible to act as a director under Singapore Companies Act
Possess a valid Singpass account and able to access CorpPass
Comfortable with basic administrative coordination and digital document handling
Willing to cooperate with KYC / compliance procedures
Reliable, responsive, and professional in communication
Prior experience as a nominee director or corporate officer is an advantage, but not mandatory
