Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT helpdesk support during shift hours.
• Monitor network and server health and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct IT audits and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Conduct IT audits and training for compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle IT asset procurement and account management.
• Maintain internal knowledge base and assist in troubleshooting.
• Resolve hardware and software problems.
