• Greet and assist all guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Register guests and ensure accurate guest details in the system.
• Promote current packages and membership sign-ups to customers.
• Provide personalized service by remembering returning customers' preferences.
• Handle cashiering duties including processing payments and balancing sales.
• Assist in festive decorations to enhance customer experience.
• Support planning and execution of in-house events and promotional campaigns.
• Answer inquiries regarding reservations and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front counter and common areas.
• Perform other operational support tasks as required.
