• Participate in 24×7 standby rotation for critical issues.

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and details of this position are:

Job Title: Contract Network System Security Engineer

Location: Paya Lebar

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 2 days work from home

Job Description 1. Hybrid Infrastructure Operations

• Support systems in Singapore Data Center and cloud workloads on AWS.
• Perform daily monitoring for servers, network, and cloud components.
• Provide L2 / L3 support for system, network, and server issues across regions.
• Support AWS migration tasks and post-migration operations.

2. Incident Management & Vendor Coordination

• Act as internal escalation points for Incident Management and external vendors.
• Troubleshoot infra issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Prepare RCA reports and perform incident trend analysis.

3. Security & Compliance

• Assist with ISO27001 tasks including evidence collection, access review, patch compliance.
• Monitor and review logs and security reports for compliance readiness.
• Support vulnerability remediation and DR/failover tests.

4. Automation & Efficiency

• Automate and maintain routine tasks with appropriate scripting languages / tools.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management, patching, and system provisioning.

5. Standby & Availability

• Participate in 24×7 standby rotation for critical issues.
• Support maintenance windows and emergency changes.

Job Requirement

• Hands‑on experience in infrastructure or cloud operations.
• Exposure to datacenter or cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing.
• Familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies.
• Linux administration experience.
• Virtualization experience (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Automation and Scripting knowledge.
• Understanding of AWS services and Monitoring.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with external vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong ownership mindset.
• AWS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in multi‑country operational support.
• Familiarity with ISO27001 audits.
