Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the operational efficiency of our network infrastructure to meet business needs.
• Implement and maintain network configurations, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and updates to the network environment.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, including network diagrams, procedures, and runbooks.
• Able to travel to various site in Singapore for network outfitting projects
• Provide support for network-related incidents and escalations.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements

• Local Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in network engineering or operations roles
• Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, VPN, and DNS.
• Minimum CCNA or equivalent certification
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent networking equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG).
• Knowledge of cloud networking technologies and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
