Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Manage and support daily operations of the network and server infrastructure across all sites.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Cisco switches, Cisco wireless access points, Windows Servers, and Active Directory.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft O365 platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level infrastructure support and timely incident resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the network and system architecture, configurations, and processes.

Project Delivery

• Contribute to infrastructure improvement and transformation projects, including the implementation of Fortinet SD-WAN and SASE technologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
• Assist in cloud adoption initiatives and hybrid environment integration.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and security.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Cisco networking (switching & wireless).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and O365.
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or others) is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in Fortinet technologies, especially SD-WAN and SASE, is a plus.
