Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Singapore seeks a Network Engineer responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting customer network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will support client IT administration, manage projects, and must have experience with Cisco/Aruba technologies. They should possess CCNA and CCNP certifications, preferably with additional Palo-Alto or Fortigate qualifications. Good interpersonal skills and ability to self-manage projects are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in IT Network & Security.
• Post-sales experience in medium to large/complex Infrastructure.
• Independence in project management and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot customer network infrastructure.
• Provide onsite/remote IT support for clients.
• Design network solutions meeting customer security requirements.
• Stay updated with technological advancements in infrastructure security.
