  • Develop and implement comprehensive security measures, including access controls, VPNs, and remote access solutions; manage CCTV, alarm systems, and conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities, establish and test disaster recovery policies and procedures
  • Oversee data backups, IT inventory, and password systems, handle all IT documentation, and manage our ticketing system for user support
  • Continuously monitor system health, perform analysis and performance tuning, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; design and execute system load/stress testing, escalating application problems to vendors when necessary
  • Provide technical support to users, keeping them informed on system status; collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, escalating issues as needed
  • Identify and implement security enhancements, evaluate new technologies, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation for all IT processes, adapting to evolving technological needs.

What you will bring:

  • Solid experience in systems administration (Linux, Windows, macOS) and virtualization (VMware)
  • Good understanding of network protocols, security, hardware configuration, and troubleshooting, including firewalls, routers, switches, and proxy servers.
  • Experience with storage solution
  • Proficiency in Docker and Python scripting
  • Familiarity with Wi‑Fi access points, printer configuration, CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
  • Experience with VPN and remote access technologies
  • Knowledge of backup management and password management best practices
  • Hands‑on experience with project and issue tracking and ticketing systems, and documentation and knowledge base collaborative tool
  • Familiarity with health monitoring and auditing processes
  • Team player, proactive, adaptable and problem solver
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
