Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required.
• Certified NDT Level 2 in PAUT, RT, PT, MT and ET needed.
• Experience in PAUT/TOFD for corrosion mapping and weld inspection is an advantage.

Element has an opportunity for a NDT Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.

This role is based in Jalan Boon Lay, Singapore.

Job Duties

• To conduct NDT testing and inspection work on piping, tank and vessel for welding and corrosion inspection for Oil & Gas, Aerospace industries
• Understand and resolve customers’ technical requirements
• Ensure that NDT activities comply with all required industrial and statutory standards

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering
• Certified NDT Level 2 in PAUT, RT, PT, MT and ET
• Good experience in PAUT/TOFD for corrosion mapping and weld inspection. Knowledge of data analysis in tube testing and tank floor scanning is an advantage
• Class 3 driver’s licence
• Meticulous and good at using MS Office
• Able to communicate with customers, peers and superiors effectively
