Job summary

Aureus Academy Singapore, part of Aureus Group, seeks a customer service professional to deliver outstanding service in a dynamic setting. You will manage inquiries, bookings, and issues, ensuring smooth operations and strong customer engagement across channels.

The role requires 2-3 years in customer service, weekend availability, and excellent English. You will collaborate with the Centre team and leadership to drive service excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service.
• Available to work retail hours and on weekends.
• Strong adaptability and leadership potential.
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard customer service, handle inquiries, book trials, resolve issues.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining performance.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders in line with core values.
• Seek growth opportunities within the company and roles.
• Support the Centre Team and managers to drive growth and reduce turnover.
• Handle emails/WhatsApp inquiries and phone inquiries within SLAs.
• Contribute to centre, studio, and inventory audits and tasks.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.
