You will handle inquiries, bookings, and issues, while collaborating with the Centre Team to ensure seamless operations and high satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service, strong English communication, and a proactive attitude for growth within Aureus Group.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years’ experience in the customer service field.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly across channels and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard customer service across inquiries, bookings, and issues.
• Maintain adaptability in a fast-paced environment while upholding performance.
• Communicate transparently with management and align with core values.
• Support growth opportunities and career development within the company.
• Collaborate withCentre Team and leadership to minimize turnover and boost satisfaction.
• Handle SLAs for emails, WhatsApp, and calls and assist with centre operations and audits.
• Aim to boost customer happiness as measured by feedback metrics.
• Perform additional duties as required by Management.
